Is there something wrong with OWL reg nos? There is OWL 686H for sale on ebay and there is OLW 103H for sale in minor matters. If I get both, will I get a baby owl soon?

Owls have an unpleasant tendency to swivel 180 degrees, and a penchant for live prey. Let's hope the same is not true of the cars... Still, could explain why nobody wants them.
