Joe is dead. Long live Albert!

Joe is barely dismantled yet and my affections have moved on.
Ladies and gentlemen. May I introduce Albert.

Structurally restored and kept in a barn for many years, he's the Minor I always promised myself. Right year, right colour and (probably) the right model. (saloon? convertible? I couldn't decide.

)
Sure there is a bit of work to do there but he's a totally sound car that will eliminate, for a few years, the one job I can't do. Weld!

It probably goes without saying that Albert won't be there for a little while. I just hope I get him ready before summer! Theres a fair old list of work to be done including replacing the entire braking system.

Apart from the obvious ommissions, is the car complete? It looks it.

You lucky ****. Did you even have to search for a car like that, or did you find it by luck? If by luck, I am the most envious person on this site. Been looking for something like that for a while... Just can't find it.
