Yes, if you fill the switch with brake fluid being careful not to get an airlock (bubble in the bottom) then fill the junction that you screw the switch into up to the top and quickly turn the switch over and screw into place before the fluid leaks out. There will be a tiny amount of air, but it should be small enough not to make any difference.
