Yet another brake fluid reservoir tank question

Post by bigginger »

Not a debate about whether or not they are necessary :D I'm busy rebuilding a wood back pick up at the moment, and it occurs to me that there is a lot of unused, easily accessible space behind the driver's seat above the chassis rail
Question is, would it be OK to mount the tank in there? I ask because I'm not sure if the height of the unit when in the bay is important - this would only be a few inches above the master cylinder. I reckon it would be nice not to have it cluttering up the bay, though.
