Can someone point me in the right direction.

1098 1970

I can't find the timing marks, the manual says crank pully, but which bit of it is it maybe its just caked up.

Could anyone post a pic with an arrow

If you look at the rear rim of the pulley you will see a notch cut into its
edge, that is the mark. if you mark it with tippex it is much easier to use.
