Hi,

Was anyone watching Waking the Dead on BBC1 on the 4th Feb ? Its just they had this flashback sequence to a garden centre in 1968 and needless to say there was a classic Ford Anglia and what looked like an early 60s Morris Minor. Just thought I'd mention it and see if anyone owned it and was proud of its appearance or knew anything about it ??? :)

Ian.

I saw it too. Looked like a good car for a mass murderer!
However I think the brother did it - but we will see tonight.

Yeah, I saw that too, I was wondering if I was dreaming or what. It was only for a split second all right. Why would they have a Minor in D & P i wonder. I didn't see that episode. One of their suspects must have been driving one I take it ?

Arn't they always ! :D Why is it that either vicars, professors, teachers or old people ALWAYS drive a Morris Minor / Traveller on tv or film.

Ok..... need to calm down now (deep breathing... Happy place, happy place........)

Anyway... Yeah that would make sense all right, and I'am sure that many people, vicars included, do in reality drive Minors as their main car, which is the way it should be !.
