Chrome plating is quite an involved business, so maybe not easy to replace in spray form!
I did like the answer to the Question-- Does this cost much more than chrome plating?
Answer---No actually it's cheaper!
Well I'm blowed, if it wasn't you'd go for the real thing wouldn't you!!!

I have used a chrome spray, not this, its just shiny silver metallic silver. It looks good, just not like chrome!

I once bought chrome on plastic overriders, three years after and you cannot tell the difference from the chrome on metal ones!!!

I wonder if it would look more like chrome if you then sprayed a coat of clear lacquer (clear coat) over the top?
I also wonder if you could use galve spray on wheels and then finish this with clear coat?
Some experimentation is on order.
