Hi,
Can anybody explain what 2 part polyurethane paint is? What are the advantages/drawbacks over cellulose paint and is it a good choice for a respray?

If you're getting the car done professionally, then 2-pack (possibly "water" based) is the preferred method.
For the amateur DIY sprayer, Cellulose is far and away the best way to go.
