Morris Minor Owners Club

Just wondered if anyone could post pictures of their stereo / radio / speaker set ups in their minors? I'm going to be setting up a stereo system in my minor soon and just wanted to see some pictures of other peoples to get some ideas. If anyone has links to other websites with their moggie stereo systems on then those are also welcome!

Also... hmm... actually I'll post what I was about to say next in another section else I might get in trouble. (It's about gloveboxes ... ... they are not electrical)

Any progress in your stereo installation?

As I don't wont to fit a standard ugly radio, I'm looking at ways to wire in an mp3 player. Has anybody done that? A simple solution I think would be to just use speakers designed for mp3 players and put one at each end of the shelf below the dashboard. That should be reasonably discreet.

My 6"X9" speakers are in each corner of the parcel shelf with the player
in the drivers side glove box ( behind the lid, which not all models have)
re the MP3 I understand that you can now legally buy the transmitters which will send the signals to your FM stereo. I found that until I fitted a stereo with a bass boost the sound was very thin and reedy,even with the 6X9" speakers, perhaps not helped by being in a convertible.
