Morris Minor Owners Club

Hi all, total newbie here. I know that the rust you see is the tip of the iceberg, but where to start. None underneath, just around the wings etc.
But how do you deal with it, what tools do you use, what 'potions' etc. What is the order of things? I.e how do i start? Can anyone recommend a book ect? All help gratefully received. Tony

Is that front wings or rear? Post a picture please of the rust.
