Hi. Newton Commercial
http://www.newtoncomm.co.uk/morris.html
do replacement vinyl seat covers, also flash new reclining seats if you have enough dough. They also do new carpets & sound proofing.
Regards,
Neil

In fact you can buy a complete interior kit from Newton's headlining, door cards, seat covers and cushions, carpet and underlay right through to glove box liners, sun visors, parcel shelf sound deadening and draught excluders. Complete with all the clips.

You could always try and get some good secondhand seats from ebay, an autojumble or a scrap car.

Same goes for the door and side panels - although a bit of elbow grease (and Mr Muscle) often cleans these up very well, as well as doing the seats. New straps and foam can often rejuvinate a seat, although rips and stitching falling apart need duct tape. As Chrisd87 says at that point it's often easier to look for better second-hand seats. Manky headlining is probably the most difficult to enhance cheaply.

If your seats are ripped then remove the covers, find some strong scraps of fabric and evostick them to the underside of the rips.
With side panels, forget the patches - just Evostick the rip to the hardboard.
