I used the rears off a Datsun Sunny van (might be Cherry in your neck of the woods). I took an original in to my local parts shop & looked through their catalogue. They were the closest to the originals I could find at the time.
If I have my van on a hoist this week, I'll get the numbers off them for you. They probably fit other cars too.

I needed a shock for a Triumph a few years ago, and couldn't get one anywhere (the motor factors that thought they could help had teh wrong part on their lists). In the end I went to the local factors with an old one, and they rummaged through their stock till they appeared with a Saab one that fitted perfectly
Just be sure to check free and fully compressed lengths are within spec of the original LCV ones and you should be fine

You can often pick up brand new dampers at autojumbles for very little money. I've seen boxes and boxes of them going for £2 each - you just need either an old example with you - or a note of all the sizes. For example - I have Vauxhall Viva rear tele dampers on the front of my Minor - £ 2 the pair - brand new !!
