I'm trying to sort through my piles of junk so I can keep what I need and flog/ pass on what I don't.

And I've found a cast A series manifold. It's got two exhaust downpipes, so has to be either Ital/ Marina, or Metro.

I thoguht it was the Metro one when I lumped it into the car a couple of months ago, but after uncovering it from the back seat I'm not so sure any more... The downpipes are staggered slightly in height, and I'm sure the Metro ones are level.

Haven't got a pic at the moment, will try and sort one...

Someone's nicked the inlet off that one!

Or did they not come with inlets also cast into them?

Aside from the missing inlet, that does look quite similar, thanks :)

And this one is off an MG Metro.

Can't see any difference.

The MG Metro had alloy inlet - and so exhaust is as shown. The normal Metro had a combined manifold - with the disadvantage of the heat transfer into the inlet charge. The real question is - what does the Marina exhaust front section look like - the section that fits to this manifold - and how easily can it be modified for use on a Minor ?

Think there is an off the shelf downpipe for this manifold available from east sussex minors/birmingham morris minors.
