What does anyone know about wiper motors? I have an 803 1955 with a 948 engine,gear box and diff. Does that make a difference to what sort of wiper motor I fit? Also has anybody seen any motors which do not need a mortgage to buy?

The type of engine/gearbox etc is nothing to do with the type of wiper
motor. That is governed by the windscreen configuration and the mountings.
You could try under 'wanted' for a second hand motor.
