Hello all
Do you think it would be possible to tow a Morris Minor with my 1098/4.55:1 diff?
I need to collect said Minor next week.

For short distances- yes- (10miles or so) I once towed a friend in the East Kent branch from her house to a garage for repairs. Her car was a pick up (modified). It was OK, although top speed only 40 mph (30 felt a lot safer).
BTW, I think the towed car needs to be road legal as well as the tow car as you have to have a driver in the towed car to operate the brakes etc.
If not, a trailler is the only option- and a Minor would REALLY struggle then.- get it done professionally!. I can recommend a company that will pick up and deliver a car for about £1 a mile. PM me.

It's possible but hills will be a major challenge

If the car being towed has no tax or MOT then also not to be advised ;-) without using a bigger tow car + trailer (or an A-frame and a heavy duty tow car)
