Panel order

I'll soon have my individual panels ready to put back onto the vehicle. I have been told that the best order is first to fit the doors, then the bonnet and finally the gaurds as they have the adjustment to fit the other two beside them. Any comments on this order?

Also when is it best to put the grille assembly on?

And also I have the doors on at the moment to check fit before painting etc but I have a fitting problem. The passenger side door fits ok and the drivers side fits right except for a bit along the bottom. For the last 20 odd cms the gap gets bigger and bigger until at the bottom its another 1 cm wider. It seems that the b pillar is twisted back at the bottom I first noticed this when I tried the fit of my kick plates this side had lots of slop - what is my best solution for this miss fit?
