"vinylkote" from a paint supplyer is what you are after.
I'ts been a while since I last used it but it does the job very well.

You can get vinyl paint in a limited range of colours from a trimmers called Woolies. One can did all the back luggage compartment and cards on my traveller.

They can colour match but that is more expensive.

From personal experience the aforementioned vinylkote is a very good product. I have used it successfuly on several jobs. It doesn't just paint the vinyl but seems to be absorbed into the structure and is very resilient.

I recoloured a pair of red Minor seats to blue and it did a very good, natural looking job.

If you find a supplier with a mixing scheme they can pretty much match any colour. It can be bought in aerosols and in larger size tins
