Vindscreen Vipers that is :o)

anyhoo...

Anyone got any idea how to get the knob off the wiper switch? I presume the little pin needs to be pushed in, but it seems to be seized. I don't want to force it for fear of braking hte knob or the working wiper switch. Any ideas?

thanks

Rupert

p.s. sorry about the message title!

Keep pushing. The knobs can be replaced if necessary - I believe Holden sell them.

But was it proper penetrating fluid, lots of people think WD40 is but its not, and it takes time for penetrating oil to work, unless of course it was a bit loose and a previous owner use some glue or something.

what age is the car? AFAIK some of the older versions have a screw, not a spring loaded pin.
