Hi tonight I was driving in my Morris when I turned on the full beam and just the side lights stayed on. The dip beam and the side beam works but the full beam dose not.

Dose any one no how to fix this.

Many thanks

If both sides don't work, check the wiring, if 1 side not working needs new bulb. If you suspect the wiring, I would probably start with the dipswitch as it can accumulate a whole lot if crud onto it :)

Is it near the dipswitch, or what? Those should be blue, blue/white and blue/red. Give us a clue where it is :D

oops sory my mistake they are blue, blue/white and blue/red.
The blue and white cable is not connected to any thing. this is located under the bonnet near the back of the drivers side light.

the loom comes from the switch and runs through the engine bay along the top of the RH inner wing . Inside the engine bay (Near the RH lights) the loom goes to bullet connectors from which it feeds to both LH and RH lights.
If the connector at the dipswitch looks ok then the next likely candidate is this bullet connector. A problem here can put out both lights (been there done that - and also spent ages looking at the dipswitch only to find out the fault was the engine bay loom connector.)
