Strange disc brake conversion Help me ID it

Hi all,
I have a 1972 Minor Pickup, it has a disc brake conversion on it, I need to replace the discs as they are badly worn. The problem is I am not able to identify the conversion that has been fitted to it in the past.
The discs are 190mm or 7.5" diameter, the hubs don't look modified although I haven't taken them off for a really close look. The calipers are lockheed (no. 3843280, although number is faint and the 3's could be 8's or visa versa). The PCD is set up for minor wheels. So far I have ruled out a marina or Sprite / midget conversion.

Anyone have any other suggestions?

Ford parts? I've got a couple of discs here which I'll measure in a minute.

Don't rule out Sprite so quickly - it too has 4" pcd hubs.

My Ford ones are about 9 1/2 inches, btw.

You cant rule out the Marina ones either as they were often remachined to fit the Moggie pcd as well.

Another thing do the pads have a part number on them as that might help.
According to my books the Midget discs are 8.25" or 209.5mm and Ital discs which I am sure is the same as the Marina are 9.785" or 248.5mm

The discs could be one make (Sprite/Marina/Ford) and the calipers (and therefore the pads) completely different make. All combinations are possible. For example - I have Ford calipers with Metro discs on my Mini!
