If I were to sell a Pick-up in good condition with no faults and pretty original, rust free, mot etc etc, what would you say a fair price would be? I know about various values from mags etc, but in reality do these vehicles actually sell for close on 5k, I have my doubts, and thought a fair bit less might be nearer the mark, or maybe not, anyone actually heard of one selling at these figures rather than just being advertised as such?

Well, as I'm sure you know its impossible to value a vehicle from a description. I don't have a clue how much they actually sell for but I would think 5k wouldn't be unreasonable!

Not good at valuing, me. As Les says, people always say "about 5k", but I don't recall seeing any make quite that lately.

Thanks for all replies, not an exact science I realise, but nice to know the possibilities, as something will have to give when the van is done. If only I had a big barn!
