i can use my master pump for about 5 to 6 month only and then i have to change the piston cup (master cup and secondary cup) because the piston is not fit with the master cylinder anymore. but the thing is the piston cup didn't sell separately, it come only with the master pump and it's hard to find the master pump here in my countries and i have to order it from outside, i use the dot 4 fluid for the brakes. do someone have any idea what can i do with this problem.

It sounds like your master cylinder has some internal corrosion (rust). Did you examine it carefully last time you replaced the seals (cups)? Can you see any roughness or feel with your finger any part that isn't smooth? I'm guessing you'll have to order a new brake master cylinder.

Does sound like a new master cylinder required - unless you have moisture in the system they should last for many many years.

i have a problem to find the new master pump here. so what should i do?????. its about 4 month the car is not moving and i just warm up the engine every 2 days coz i'm afraid to ride the car without proper breaking system. is that the breaking problem related to the breaking piping system????

I'm sure some of the main suppliers will send you a master cylinder - have you asked East Sussex Minors ?? Or maybe Jonathon can help you out ?
