Traveller backdoors

Hi folks
Wondering about the backdoors on my Traveller, they seem to be to short in the height
Theres a big distance from the door top edges and to the rail on the roof. The top edge of the doors doesnt hit the rubber seal at all in the top. 
Any one knows if there was a difference on the models regarding size on the backdoors in the height ? ?
Is there any adjustment possibilities for the hinges ?
Tricks how to measure and drill new holes for hinges ?
