Anybody recognise this convertible?

Good-looking covertible on ebay:

Apparently owned and restored by an "avid MMOC member" before being bought by that bunch who posted on here a couple of months ago.
Just wondered if anybody recognises it; it's over my budget by quite a long way and I dread to think what the reserve might be. How much for a mint modified ragtop? Most ebay sellers seem to be optimistic, selling knackered MoT failures for hundreds...

Just noticed something: It says date of first registration is 4th June 1970 - isn't that a year after production finished?

A smaller wheel makes it easier to apply corrective lock faster - when the back of the car slides I want to catch it. This will be important for the car I hope to end up with...
I find the standard wheel too big even now.

Well spotted Jim its a chop top and the company mentioned no longer make the kits as they are no longer in business and I think they were originall y based in Doncaster, and the kits are now done by one of the sussex specialists.
Its a lot of money for a non original convertible and why repeat the wording half a dozen times, must live in cloud cukoo land.
