buying a traveller

Hi,
i'm looking at a Morris Minor Traveller at the weekend... can anyone advise me on what to look out for...?

Wood, all the metal bits, engine bits less important

Use the buyers guide under the technical tips section as this will help, also try and get someone who knows Moggies to come along, to help with the wood if you have concerns about any bits see if your thumbnail will go into the wood which is a sign of softness and also remember most really good cars are around £4,000 but you can strike lucky and if the MOT has less than 8 - 9 months ask for a new one if you are interested, where is the car as someone on here may be able to offer local advice.
