3.7:1 diff. - but what from?

I have a differential that has the following marks on the casing...

MOWOG
ATA 7165
9-10-57
and an eleven over forty-one (shown as a fraction. There also appears to be a T above the numbers?)

So I presume its a 3.7 ratio and it was manufactured in October '57 but has anyone any idea what vehicle it could have come out of?

(I realise this is anorak territory but my curiosity is getting the better of me).

3.7:1 I think they were from Riley 1.5
the MG 1275 had 3.9 diff

(only from memory, but it gives you something for Google so you can confirm that)

Yes its from a Riley 1.5
The Mk1
Crown Wheel ATA 7240 Casing ATA 7167 Diff assembley BTA 551
The Mk 2
Crown Wheel BTA 535 Casing BTA 549 Diff assembley BTA 551
So it looks like its from a MK1 both ratios are 3.727

...and if you want rid of it, I'll take it off your hands quite happily ;-)

Thanks very much for responding.
The Riley 1.5 Mk.1 did seem the only plausible solution in terms of standard items available at the time.
However, all of the part numbers are different?

Casing ATA 7165

Crown Wheel TA 7241 (no visible letter before the T?)

Diff assembly ATA 7034 (? - that's what's stamped on the bearing clamps?)

My thoughts were along the lines of other 1500cc cars from the same stable (Morris Cowley Mk.3 etc.) or even LCV's. Or maybe I've just got hold of a hybrid?

Afraid not they only used the 3.9 with the teeth being 10/39, the casing numbers are the same as the Riley and the diff number is BTA 1222 for mark 1 & 2 but the crown wheel is ATA 7354 & BTA1223, so it can confuse the identity if you dont check the teeth ID
