Post by cliff »

i've noticed the occasional car with a cover/grip on the handbrake, did they all have this or just specials?

look for Metro etc grips. They were never fitted as standard on the Minors.

I've used foam grips designed for racing bike handlebars cut to length. Spray a bit of hairspray on the inside and they slip on nicely then dry to grip. £5 will give you enough for your car and loads of your Moggie mates!
Older and more confused than I could ever imagine possible.

i'm not really after a grip for a grip's sake, i quite like the plain metal but i was just wondering if they were a standard fitting from new.

good idea though peetee.
