Whats the noise that you can hear somewhere behind the clocks when you switch the ignition on? Its like a little chuggy clicking, does it for a second?
Lol and I dont mean when I turn the starter *grin*
yes, its part of the "character". If you're about to run out of fuel, you'll hear the pump go mad ticking very loudly, you then only have about 1/2 mile to find a petrol station!
Thats really handy! I think the gauge is fairly accurate, but you never know. Fairly accurate being a comparative sort of term! Hardly seems to use up any petrol anyway, way out of touch with the amount of noise made when sipping the petrol
If you want to hear it properly before you start next time open the bonnet and listen by the nearside bulkhead and get someone else to just switch the ignition on and you will hear it loud and clear, you should also have noticed it at times when driving along.

Cooool... this feels like a proper piece of moggy knowhow
Next tip if ever the car wont run and you notice that the ticking has stopped give the end of the pump a sharp tap and this will often stir the pump back into life.

Lol its meant to be in the same colour scheme as the car - black with red stripe. See what you mean though! If I'm not being inclusive of people with visual impairment, will change it! :)
See what you mean about the colour scheme Kirsten but I dont have a problem reading it just that it looks a bit Soho-ish if you know what I mean
Car looks pretty good, but I notice the front sidelight/indicator units are not the right ones for the year and also the door panels are not correct either so its definatly a moggie with personal adjustments
