sorry guys, there was a creepy looking bloke at the potteries rally., and he was taking photos of everyones car, fair enough it was a car rally, and of the trains, fair enough there were steam trains there too...., but he walked in front of us (me and charlie) and focused on the train then turned right at the last moment to take our picture.., he did this three times..?? :x :x :x

I approached him and asked if he an official photographer for the show and he said no - just wondered why he was taking photos of a two year old with his dad, and being sneeky about it.

message to andyreeder, appologies to you if you are not this guy., but if you were, why would I want a photo of my car how it is at the present, when all I have to do is open the door and don't take any more of me and my son... creepy guy. :x

:( Wo wo wo! Stop that kind of talk right now!!!!

My wife is a Professional photographer and she took lots of photos at the National rally (OF CARS!) for the Minor Monthley and Minor Matters and i was been kind enough to let you know in advance that the snail may have been in the mag. THATS ALL!!

How dare you and the other person above make such unfounded accusations.
I am deeply appaled at the sickening remarks. I am speechless you can say such things so lightly sorry but i am so so very angry at this moment.
how would you feel if the same was been said about you?

I look forwards to seeing you at the next show.

Oh dear, I think we all need to learn from this.

One of the problems with a media such as this is the lack of visual clues. Unfortunately this has led to a few misunderstandings in the last few days. I don't know how to avoid this sort of upset. In the "real" world we would recognise people by sight and problems like this would not happen.

I think a clear statement that this was a mistaken identiity is in order.

It is probably appropriate by agreement with both parties to delete the comments.
I'm used to conflict resolution and know that an speedy end to this is the best solution

Good evening all,

My name is Sarah Reeder. I'm the photographer who took the photographs at the National Rally (my husband, andyreeder, posted the above message). My photographs are currently published in the September issue of Minor Monthly & the next issue of Minor Matters.

I'm sorry if anyone has had a bad experience with photographers at any of the previous rallys but I can assure you this was not me. If this happens again you need to make an official aware immediately. These people need to be stopped. In fact you should still be able to locate the organiser of the rally you attended & give them a description of the man who made you feel uncomfortable.

I feel I needed to come forward & say something as this could, as you can probably appreciate, give bad press to both myself & my business. I am a professional & conduct myself in a professional manner at all times.

thanks for taking the time to read my message.

Sarah Reeder

- hi., I've not been on the board for a while, so appologies for my lateness., your husband (who I'll call red as he wrote in it..) seems to have got the wrong end of the stick.... He's on about the national and I'm on about the POTTERIES Rally..?, he obviously isn't the person as he wasn't there, so can't see the point of him blowing off.

"I am deeply appaled at the sickening remarks. " - ??? read the above and can't find any sickening rermarks..

"how would you feel if the same was been said about you? " - I first wrote, if he could have actually been bothered to read it... "message to andyreeder, appologies to you if you are not this guy., but if you were............etc"

and last of all, what kind of *moderated* makes threats on a chatboard... "I look forwards to seeing you at the next show . "

I already asked the organisers if they knew the person in question, and they didn't..., Beacused of your husbands outburst I shall be refusing people asking to take pictures of my car, which unfortunately means you... "give bad press to both myself & my business. " - perhaps he should have thought about that before he mouthed of eh.!!

(probably get this one ammended eh moderators..? shouldn't mouth have got his modified..?), different rules.

Just one word - and no, same rules. Using an asterisk doesn't really mean it's OK...

Right due to a crossed wires situation I am locking this posting as there is no benefit in it going any further.
