Hand brake adjust

Could anyone pl direct me towards the hand brake adjusting tips ?

You need to make sure that the rear brakes are properly adjusted, than if the handbrake still needs further adjustment behind the lever you will find the cable adjusters its possible there might be carpet over them, dont overdo it and make sure the brakes dont drag when you have finished.

After adjusting the rear brakes pull the hand brake up two or three clicks. Adjust the handbrakke until it locks the drums solid. The relaease the handbrake and make sure the brakkes aren't binding when the handrake is off.

I suggest you slacken off the handbrake - then grease the cables and make sure the mechanisms at each rear wheel are moving nicely - clevis pins free and not seized. Then adjust up the rear brakes - and only then, adjust up the handbrake to where you want it. Don't make it too tight - it's good to give it some movement each time you use it.
