A friend has just had some welding done to the back of the car and on replacing th spring new rubber bushes were fitted (from Bull Motif and of a better rubber than those available until recently) they now creak like a good un is there an easy fix or is it all apart and use some rubber grease or something.

I think the only easy fix is to turn the radio up. I've used the recommended white grease on mine but they're poly, not rubber. Hopefully someone will know if that's also the stuff for rubber or not.

I used low temp white grease for my rubbers on Phoebe, stopped all the squeeking. I just gotta figure out what the high pitch squeek is that sounds like it's coming from under the dash/drivers side glovebox (as it's VERY irritating!!!).

Slacken it all off - spray liberally with WD40 - then sit the car back on the suspension - and tighten it all up with the weight on the suspension.
