Just make up your own - it's only wires. But i expect most of the main suppliers will have new looms.

Jonathon's on here right now, and knows someone who does them. They'll use connectors and braided sheathing as well as just wires.

The custom loom I had from the guy who Jonathon got to do mine was great...
Still is -
They braid it for you. I could have fitted it myself but chickened out as at the time I needed Hebe on the road quickly...

yeah, that's the ticket - obviously i could sort out the wires myself but i can't do the braided sheathing!!
*waits to hear Jonathon's words of wisdom*

ok for anyone else who wants to know this here is the info i have so far:
apparently Bull Motif and ESM can both get custom looms made up for you: you specify exactly what you need including how long each extra wire needs to be, and they get it made up for you

I haven't found out prices yet.
or you can make up your own, using an existing loom and adding in the extra wires, or just using all new wires, and send it to Autosparks to be braided: this costs £1.42 per foot, plus carriage, plus vat. In my case I estimate that my loom would need 31 feet of braiding, so that would cost £44.95 plus carriage plus vat (ie £52.82 plus vat). Autosparks are incredibly knowledgeable and helpful, they do the braiding in black plus tracers ("flecks") of any colour in any pattern you like. They can look up the exact correct loom fleck pattern for the exact vehicle you own - ideal for anyone wanting a restoration to exactly correct original spec. Cool.

Autosparks do standard looms for all classic cars too. Not sure how their prices compare with the usual MM suppliers.
Hope that's useful to someone, and many thanks to Jonathon for his time and advice

I've used Austosparks for insultingly small orders (like half a dozen pins/ spades etc) and they've still been incredibly good with queries, phones calls etc - Based on my experience I'd highly recommend them

I made up a loom using the original 1958 wires as a base and added the additional circuits that I needed. Contacted Autosparks and they just said to tape up all the joints, tape where the end of the braiding should come to on each tail of the loom, and they would do the rest. Asked me to bring a sample of the original braiding so that they could match the colours and pattern.
Took the loom up to them (Nottingham), went off to do other things for a couple of hours and came back to collect a beautiful 'new' loom! Excellent service, very knowledgeable, can't fault in any way.
