The doors had to come off the car when the wood was sanded and re-varnished so certain pieces could be replaced, new seals have been put on the doors as the old ones were a bit tired, however the right hand door wont close properly and appears to be sitting lower than before, could this be to do with the seals? or the hinges maybe?
What do you mean by certain pieces had to be replaced ?
The new rubber will probably take a little while to settle in as for the hinges it depends on the holes as sometimes they are worn and not as round as they could be which will affect positioning also did you take the hinges apart as they do have a certain amount of adjustment in them.

When I first had the traveller I bought some new hinge pins because the old ones were bent. Suprise I had to bend the new ones to get the doors to fit!!
This message board is like a family - you can't choose the other members!! But remember engine oil is thicker than water.
I know it might sound silly but did you keep the pins etc with the hinge they actually came from and put the hings back in the same postion they came from.
