paint for chassis

Hi all, I am about to paint the chassis and underneath of my van, I am planning to use it as a dialy dirver so it needs good rust protection, what so u suggest painting in?

Zinc rich primer, followed by a few coats of chassis black, then Waxoyl/or Dinitrol. Let each coat dry before the next and remove all rust before the zinc primer.

i would use rust converter first only will need one bottle the stuff goes for ever. then primer or underseal.

I personally would not use underseal.

no not underseal, you can end up with just under seal and no metal, i have seen this before

That`s an excellent description, and also gives a whole new meaning to rust free.
