 Just put my drivers door back on Snail and put it all back together, lost the two screws which attach on the inside of the car door under the quaterlight/vent window... They stiffen the window pivot.

Also the two screws that attach the metal window channel to the door situated on the handle edge of the door...

Any ideas what these screws are called (size..) so I can get some more.....?

Also the door doesn't fit as snuggly as the passenger one, (even before I pulled it off), I've adjusted the striker plate door catch and the hinges, but it still doesn't sit in the frame completely..?

Any ideas...................

If you mean that the door does not go in to the opening so that it is flush with
the body then try removing the rubber door seal. If that makes things better
then the flange on to which the door seal fits needs to be bent in the appropriate areas to give a proper fit. Use a good pair of Mole Grips or similar. When you are checking the fit insert a piece of thin card between the
rubber seal and the door on the inside, close the door, and try to run the card
all round the door frame. You will soon find the tight spots. The hinges can
be moved inwards,outwards, and upwards.

shame you are so far away as i have quite a few spares of those screws.

you may have to hit the frame edge with a rubber mallet to get a good fit on the door , or some packers behind the hinges.
