Which is left and right

I am looking online at repair panels.

May sound a daft ques, but when it refers to say' left repair panel' which side is it.-- looking at the car from the front or the rear.

Best to check from the pictures, but as a general rule, left and right are with reference to sitting inside the car facing front. For a UK car, LHS is the same as N/S
