Jubilee clips/air duct

I’m just about to replace all the rather rusty jubilee clips on our JU with some shiny stainless ones and thought I ought to do the Morris at the same time.

Before I head out to the Morris and start counting (and measuring) I’m sure someone on here can probably enlighten me as to what quantities and sizes I’ll need. A recommended supplier might be useful as well.

While am at it I could do with replacing the air inlet hose for the heater, ours looks very sad and does an excellent job of ducting delightful engine smells straight into the car. Again any ideas where to get a replacement?

If you order them from a Minor specialist then you only have to specify 'large' or 'small'. Have a look at: http://shop.morrisminorspares.co.uk/ind ... ef1763f2de

You'll need 4 large and 3 small for inside the engine bay and 2 small for the heater connections inside the cab. That's assuming you won't be replacing the ones on the bypass hose which if it's OK it best left alone as you'll have to remove it to get new clips on.

Can't find it on ESM's website but I'd assume that they would do a replacement air intake. Give them a ring. :D

not if you undo the clips fully and feed them round the hose.

True, but they don't sell the clips separately I don't think. Just as part of the bypass hose 'kit'.
