Hi will the back of the cab i have found at a scrap yard mate without problems to the rear of a traveller cab .(just so you know the scrap yard has only the cab and the bulkhead is pretty rotten) .in order to make a pickup out of the rotten wooded traveller...thanks e-minor

You would need some serious structural strengthening at the back. Hence the pickup's chassis

the traveller cab is very different to the van/pickup. The doors are a different size making it a different length!!
Width wise and height wise there might not be a lot of difference.
However You need a good chassis to make a pickup - the original Van/Pickup have a box section chassis, the traveller only has the floorpan from a saloon and relies on the wood for strength.

The door pillars are very different too - I can't see the cab back bolting onto the trav cab. You'd need to put in 4 door pillars - that's my plan, if I EVER get on to that project
