OK, this week might I propose a visit to my local again?
Ugabug is trying to get his car set up with a bigger carb etc and I have offered to show him what is required and offer any spares from the mountain of junk at my house.
How does that fit in with everyone?

Pretty sure I can make it. Can I have a postcode again, please?

Rob, two things:
1) You said last week that you had a bag of wiper blades; how much (in either cash or beer) for two pairs?
2) Can you possibly arrange to get the carb we discussed from Colin, and find out how much he wants for it?
Ta.

No, but as ive said before unless you are hooning it around corners you wont notice any difference between a HS and a HIF. an HS will mount on your manifold too

Matt, it's a HIF44 I'm after (I have a manifold to suit). We're not entirely sure what carb it is that Colin has...

hi folks

sorry but i won;t be there on Thursday. Thoroughly annoyed with things, so have booked a long weekend in the sun in Barcelona (it better stay sunny)

Had dinner with Colin and Sue last night, they will be away too.

Up shot is sorry but you will have to wait another week if you need the carb from colin, and for the wipers from myself, also means i will miss the national ;-(

see you all when i get back

I hope "things" get better soon. Have you been to Barcelona before? It's a very pleasant place.

Never mind about the wipers and carb, but we'll miss you at the weekend.
