I‘ve seen tha pic attached but have problems to find through. Can anyone please explain which tap is the one to drain the coolant out of the block?

To my opinion it must be the one on the right side. The big one on the left must be the one for the oil pressure relief valve and the one above that for the oil pressure sender, right?

It’s on the right hand side about half-way down.

That’s what I thought. But as I see how the drain channel goes I guess that even a block in that channel would not affect the coolant circulation. Or am I mistaken?

No, not really, as long as the rest of the cooling passages are not blocked as well. That drain hole on mine has been blocked for at least the last 20 years and I have never had any over-heating problems.
