Do any of our new members want to vote ? (see the 1st posting on page 1). The MMOC would appreciate everyone's input.

I've been a member of the MMOC for a decade.

When I was younger I Sympathised with old cars. Now I'm older I find that I Emphathise with them. Sometimes it's a toss up who needs more care and spares to keep going, the moggie or me!

I'm quite empathic, but my Minor is phsyic.

She seems to know when my bank balance is too large and promptly demands monetary attention at precicely the wrong time...

Well - you could try being single for prolonged periods instead of family life.
You also get to buy lots of car parts and tools (that you may or may not need) and stack them up in the dining room :-D
You can use the kitchen to clean and reassemble car parts without looking over your shoulder to see if any catches you
And without someone else to spend your cash, you get to buy 911's as your own birthday present etc... (Hmm bad choice as 911's are just as much hassle)
You get to park lots of cars in the garden without any nagging :-D
And you can spend as long as you want online without someone else sulking due to neglect ;-)

Blimey you place sounds like Car Paradise but if I tried any of those I have a feeling my life might be (cough cough) terminated and beside that I do get spoilt rotten and I am allowed to do all the decorating (............) the gardening (  ) and of course household repairs (gasp) but I have yet to discover where the ironing board is hidden :P and have no idea what on earth the Iron thingy that appears on it from time to time does :D and I am allowed out to play sometimes

Not sky diving or deep sea diving. Any activity in a pressurised atmosphere makes you more likely to have girls as does smoking. Apparently anyway.

That could explain a few things, but as you have quite a few members in the emerald Isle and plenty of cars tyres and bits should not really be a problem, and you often see N.O.S. items on Ebay that have be unearthed over there.
