I'm only in Dudley Steve and I'm hoping to take 2 cars, so if you fancy running down on the Saturday your welcome to bring up the rear. It's only about 58 miles and the details of dates etc. can be found
here.

DP,
I'm planning on travelling up on the Friday and I'll be on my own so it would be great if we could get a convoy going from the London area.

Aupickup,
It would be good if we could meet up somewhere enroute. I haven't really thought about the best way to get there - maybe M11 then A14? Or is there a more scenic route?
Anyone else from the London / South East area want to join the convoy?

we allways avoid motor ways if at all possible
prefer the scenic route with a couple of tea stops on the way
will get les to sort a route and post it on here

Starting to sound like a plan
Louise, is your car a convertible? I saw someone in a maroon convertible on the 'drive your classic day' last week or the week before - Broadmead Road Woodford if that rings any bells?

DP,
I wish it was a convertible

. I think I might have seen the same car on 'drive it day' driving through south woodford. J reg (so a converted saloon), beige hood and a woman with dark hair driving. Haven't seen it around the area before.

I'm not going to be able to make it in a minor

but I am intending to take the Transit, so if anyone wants parts taking from Soton/London give me a shout. If theres a convoy from London I will join in
I haven't got any form of tickety stuff yet, this likely to be a problem? Or should I try and sort it out now? if so any ideas how?

Matt,
You can buy tickets on the day but if you're camping it might be better to buy in advance. The entry form can be downloaded from the National Rally link on this site or was included in the last 2 Minor Matters if you're a member.
There is likely to be a convoy from London going up on the Friday. No firm arrangements have been made yet - Aupickup and Les were going to plan a route avoiding motorways but taking in lots of tea shops

.

Who's arriving on Friday and who on Saturday?
Any interest in the "do" on saturday night? Or shall we have our own barbecue?

Hi Onne,
I'm about to try to book my cousin and her two boys in at the last minute - I'm guessing one or two tents + one non-Minor in addition to my minor and tent. Can you fit them in our 'web space' by any chance?
