It's Matt isn't it? I did notice and thought, yay I'm not the bairn anymore.
There's a bloke where I live who's 91 or 92 who has a splitie. Maybe it's just because they've not got internet?

Nah. being over 70 doesnt mean you dont use the internet..... although being MY granddad does mean you can delete everything on your hard-drive by 'just trying to sort out my email!', but I think he is a pretty unique case ....

Hello all. Not visited the MB for a while. Came back to find this poll.
I am 6 months older than my Series 2, and quite a bit older than the convertible. In fact had I voted two weeks ago I would have been in another age range. I now find myself in the leading pack.
Ah well - it's how old you FEEL that matters!
Happy Christmas to all.

I am only 20 years young, my elisabeth is 49 years, but she still feels young though... And shouldn't we, the youngsters, appreciate and preserve the heritage, as we are the future preserving the past! And I don't like the words alternative and retro either, I just don't like modern rubbish cars made out of plastic and electronics which are so complicated, one could get lost for days, just in the wiring diagram

Don't worry mate, as soon as you hit 30, it's ALL downhill!!

Actually, for some reason hitting 31 seems to be worse than hitting 30!

Or maybe the memory fades so quick as you can't remember 12 months ago!
