Hang on David, change of plan. These dates were chosen thinking that the Orkney Vintage Rally was being held on the 8th August, and gave me a short break before driving down to Lands End for the start of the LEO.
However I have just been told that the rally is now on the 15th August, so I can move the MOT-UK to 24th - 31st July.
Hope this helps, and is better for Stevey too.

It appears from the feedback I'm receiving that 17th - 25th July, is preferable to 24th - 31st July.
So if I receive no objections these are the dates I will work with.

24-31 July is the only dates available for me, as the schools don't beak up for the summer holidays until 23 July.

Yes, the reason I initially changed it to that week was to accomodate those that are limited by school holidays, but then many said that they could not make that week.
However as with the location etc, I will go with the majority vote, so if those using this site and intending to take part could send me a PM/email with their preference asap, it would be very much appreciated.

Having had a good response to the proposed 2010 MOT-UK, I am currently researching suitable campsites.
Some of these have on site accomodation for those who prefer not to camp. If you are interested in this accomodation, to avoid disappointment please let me know asap as this is usually booked early on.
Thanks,
Bill

Hopefully I shall soon be able to email an update to all of those that have shown an interest in next years event.
Please note that if you do not receive an email within the next 2 weeks, unfortunately you're not on my list.
So if you do not receive an email, and are interested, please PM me asap.

Hi Bill,
Definitley interested for next year provided we can get the time off work.
Derbyshire Dales sounds good to us. Chas Shipp told us it was good this year even if the weather was not. Still going on "MOT" so the later it is the better for us, tho' 17th,July should be OK
Regards,
Squire 'n Mal

Hi Squire,
Welcome aboard.
It would be really great to see you and Mal on MOT-UK, I think you will enjoy it.
We had a really great crowd with us last year, in fact despite the pouring rain on the day, most of them would have still gone on the walk had I not called it off
If you could send me your email address by PM I will add you to my ever growing list, and keep you posted.
