OOOO
I'm getting excited.
I've baked a big slab of fruit cake
Tomorrow I'll get tea bags, coffee milk and sugar.
I'll put the stove from Dante's Inferno and the magic kettle from Aladdin in the car with 10 Litres of water that should be enough for 50 cups.

After that we will need to find a spring so bring your divining rods.

see you soon

Pooh. I just looked at this thinking 'Stoke-on-Trent'. I have a dinner to attend Saturday evening, but a 43 mile each way trip would have been manageable. A closer look reveals it's 139 miles each way.

No good.
Off to make my own famous banana cake (complete with Barbados rum) to cheer myself up!

I sent out 15 parking permits and several people downloaded their own so should be a good turn out.

Had a great day all. Was nice to re-meet the guys and girls we'd met before and also the "new" peeps (to us at least). See you for the next event and thanks again to Rog for organising and to Lou and Rog for the cake

Had fun today

Kids ate lou's cake, saw Rog, Rich, Chrissie and others.
Saw Onne and Bill by the canal but was unable to say hi as was stopping both little Paulks from accidently walking into the water at the time.
Pointed Dale in direction of the car park.
Shame we had to come in the Eurobox but next time we should be more suitably equiped.
Well done for the choice of venue, we enjoyed it.

PSL184,
Thanks for the offer of the permit - we sneaked into an overflow carpark after not working out where the Minors were.
