That's above average, even for an A-series...
Currently looking doubtful for this thursday, many things to do.

SADMAG Rob? - Isnt that one of those top shelf smutty publications

?
Im hoping to get along - any suggestions where?
(Im loathe to suggest Ashurst again as weve been there the last couple of times - but it is direct and pretty central, decent parking and atmosphere - any other suggestions?)
I'll also bring along my smart Xmas pressies to show off too if I remember!
Regards, Mike.

hum that will teach me to read before I post.... although a quick edit and all is now well ;-)
we ought to try and find some new haunts... before the landlord of the pub in ashurst wises up to us ;-)
Crown Stirrup Pub so43 7de ?
Waterloo Arms so43 7ag ?
any others that folks can think of, perhaps we should simply crawl through a good pub guide and tick them off one by one over the weeks.

I think we've been to all the Good Beer Guide pubs in the immediate area, but there are more over Carlo's way and a couple more further south in the Forest.
The Turfcutter's in East Boldre is a really good pub, the Oak in Bank (Lyndhurst) is in the Guide too, and the Red Shoot at Linwood near Ringwood is in. A bit far for some though. Same for the Three Tuns in Bransgore.
I can't remember what Soton pubs are in the Guide - I'll dig it out this evening and have a look.
