Fairly easy... and we would almost definitely be more draconian in enforcement in future. As I have said many times before, if anyone wants to take it up the AGM is the place to do so. If you want to run rough shod over the rules now - it would be much harder to get them changed in future

More draconian? That's virtually an admission that you're draconian in enforcement now!

Enforcement is draconian - because the rules are.
