The one piece windows could be a brilliant idea. My sliding windows leak so bad they might aswell not be there! And the runners just hold water like a sponge.

well after the hassle I had with the dvla that's the wee Scottish traveller on the road and its time to start enjoying it
p/s blackie sounds a good name for it , so that's its name form now on

Sorry about the quality but I use an iPad for most things so I just used the camera. Also the photocopier on the printer doesn't really work very well...
The writing on the old documents is my dads when he used to work at Charles Wares. I asked him about the car and he said the wood was replaced and work carried out on the chassis (floors mainly). The front of the car however was NOT touched. All that awful patching on the inner wings etc was not done by the Centre, thought this needed mentioning for clarity.
Good to see it in use after all that time outside, hope it brings you all the joy you deserve.

i like it ,

the painted wood , one piece window and the wheels work well giving the whole car a period custom look
