As you're due to arrive at 23.45 you'd be best off staying near the airport. No point paying for a nights stay in a hotel if you don't get to your room until 2 or 3 in the morning, and there'll be plenty of places to get a hire car in the morning too. There are night time flight restrictions between 23.00 and 07.00 at Leeds/ Bradford so it shouldn't be too noisy. Pack a pair of ear plugs if you are worried.
