Oil thrown around - yes - but forced out of the breather ? Strange ! I thought it ws plugged off anyway ? Or did the plug fall out!?

This was done to all army vans.There was also
a coresponding hole in the floor .It was to spray
oil on army boots,to stop them getting water
in them from the radiator.
